Lawn Fertilization
Feeding a lawn well is about timing and the right product, not just spreading fertilizer. We use liquid fertilizer for an instant injection of nutrients when the lawn needs a quick response, and granular fertilizer to release nutrients steadily over a longer stretch — choosing which to apply based on the purpose of each individual application through the season. It's the foundation of every Great Expectations program, and it's why clients say their grass has never looked better.

Weed Control
Weeds are the number-one complaint we hear from homeowners who've fought them for years — and we shut them down from both sides. Pre-emergent herbicide is a preventative treatment that keeps weeds from ever emerging from the ground; post-emergent herbicide is the curative treatment for anything already growing in your lawn. And we don't make you wait for the next visit: spot-spray touch-ups between scheduled applications are free. Aeration & Overseeding
Even a well-fed lawn struggles if the soil underneath is compacted. Core aeration pulls small plugs of soil to loosen the ground and improve airflow, water absorption and nutrient delivery down to the roots. Overseeding then adds fresh grass seed to repair thin or bare areas and build density. We combine the two for the best result — aerating opens the soil so new seed has the contact and the room it needs to take hold and thicken the whole lawn.
